Partnership Objectives

• Empower women and girls through skills training, education, and economic empowerment initiatives
• Promote sustainable development and community empowerment
• Enhance access to clean water, sanitation, and health services

Partner Organization Requirements

• Mission Alignment: Shared mission and values with SWUI
• Experience: Proven track record of working with underserved communities
• Capacity: Ability to implement programs and manage resources effectively
• Registration: Registered and compliant with relevant laws and regulations

Implementing Partner Organization

Responsibilities:

• Program Implementation: Design and implement programs in collaboration with SWUI
• Community Engagement: Engage with local communities, stakeholders, and beneficiaries
• Resource Management: Manage resources, including funds, personnel, and equipment
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Track progress, monitor outcomes, and evaluate impact
• Reporting: Provide regular progress reports and updates to SWUI

Required Skills or Experience

• Experience in Program Implementation: Proven experience in implementing programs in underserved communities
• Strong Community Relationships: Established relationships with local communities and stakeholders
• Financial Management: Ability to manage funds and resources effectively
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Capacity to track progress and evaluate impact
• Ready to commit full term partnership for at least 5years
