• Develop and execute the company’s IT and digital transformation strategy in line with corporate goals
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and upgrade of IT systems, hardware, and software.
• Ensure continuous availability of core business applications and IT infrastructure.
• Manage IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Establish strong IT security frameworks to safeguard systems, data, and networks.
• Oversee the development, integration, and deployment of enterprise applications.
• Ensure efficient IT helpdesk support for staff and customers.
• Establish service level agreements (SLAs) for IT operations and monitor performance.

Required Skills or Experience

• 3 to 5 years working experience managing IT services for a Financial Institution
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
