Job Description

• Business Development: identify and prospect for new business opportunities – include corporate accounts, groups and events, travel agents, universities etc
• Develop client relationships management with Companies, Colleges, Tour groups, Airlines, etc. to increase customer base, Sales Revenues and customers satisfaction and experience.
• Develop compelling Sales presentations proposal to introduce the company to potential customers to secure new business and drive revenue growth
• Drive digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Social Media Marketing and content creations 
• Plan, organize, promote and execute Events, meetings and conferences at  our facilities.
• Develop sales promotional materials and marketing campaigns to support sales and enhance the hotel and resorts visibility and brand awareness in the market
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, develop and execute marketing plans.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business/Marketing/ Hospitality Management
• Must be proficient in digital marketing tool, -content management, social media and platforms
• Must have 3-5 years sales/marketing experience in hospitality industry.
• Ability to work independently and as a team with minimum supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid understanding of hotel operations and services
• Must have a valid driving license
• Must be results oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales target
