Job Description

We are a reputable legal and management consulting firm based in the Labone/Cantonments area which assists public and private sector clients operating in a variety of sectors, including energy, oil and gas, banking, finance, agriculture, and human capital. We have an opening for a lawyer who will provide legal consulting services. You will also support the firm’s management consulting practice.

• Conducting research and providing opinions.
• Drafting contractual agreements.
• Policy and legislative reviews, interpretation and drafting. 
• Preparation, review and drafting of proposals and client reports.
• Negotiations, presentations and meetings.
• Business development and growth of the firm’s client base. 

Required Skills or Experience

• Qualified lawyer, with a solid post-call track record 
• 2 - 5 years’ working experience in total.
• Computer Literacy is essential (Ms Word/Excel, etc)
• Experience in the job requirement areas
• A sharp mind with excellent analytical, written and presentation skills.
• Excellent and proactive team player with a positive attitude
• Astute with a strong leadership orientation.

This is a full-time job, with extra hours on weekdays and some weekends.
