Job Description

• Develop efficient and workable class structures for all classes, ensures courses are delivered within timelines and classes start and finish on time.
• Training Students in Manicure and Pedicure and Facial Therapy.
• Conducting Class Tests, Mock and Final theory and Practical Examinations for Students.
• Marking Scripts, recording and Compiling marks as well as filling Student's Transcripts.
• Attend all internal and external (where compulsory) training sessions that are held with regards to improving training standards and procedures in the school.                                 

Required Skills or Experience

• Proficiency in Pedicure, Manicure & Facial Therapy
• At least 2 years working experience
• Ability to evaluate, design, and implement curriculum, testing, and/or teaching methodologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of teaching methods, curriculum, and education programs.
• Conducting Class Tests, Mock and Final theory and Practical Examinations for Students.
• Ability to teach and control the behavior of students.
• Knowledge of academic and/or vocational education curricula.
• Knowledge of and ability to apply relevant current education methodologies and techniques.
• Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports.
• Good knowledge of English, Science & Mathematics
