Job Purpose

INTU-Group Ghana Ltd. is looking to expand its business scope; our business is growing.   We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building products that will be a value add to our clients.  You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of product life cycle from idea generation through to completion and document same
• Work successfully with all internal departments (IT, Client Service team etc.) to ensure compliance with product and company goals
• Interface with IT and Account Managers on all technical issues with the products developed
• Responsible for data analysis and reporting on all software
• Accountability for product roadmaps, requirements, and delivery

Required Skills or Experience

• BSc degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Proven working experience in product management
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to management and/ stakeholders
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
• Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill
