ABOUT THE ROLE WSUP is seeking a visionary leader to provide support to the WUSP Country Programme Manager to ensure that all aspects of the implementation of the programme supported by WSUP proceed in a coordinated, efficient and timely manner in accordance with the agreed programme and budget. This will entail interalia involve the identification and scheduling of tasks required to deliver programme components, monitoring progress, and working closely with the CPM to avert potential delays. Job Role To act as the lead for the implementation WSUP programme activities in the Kumasi operational area, and contribute to the overall WSUP Ghana programme goals. The post-holder will directly work under the supervision of the Country Programme Manager and lead a team of Project Officers in Kumasi. Main Responsibilities
Salary WSUP offers a competitive compensation package (gross monthly) from GHC 3,500.00 to GHC 4,000.00 based on relevant experience, including other admissible organizational benefits like insurance, gratuity, bonus, leave encashment.
