World Reader is a global, non-profit organization with the mission to create a world where everyone can read by bridging the gap and providing digital libraries. 

World Reader seeks a highly-educated Ghanaian or West African national with a passion for data analysis, evaluation, monitoring, report-writing and data collection to serve as M&E Regional Manager for their West Africa office based in Accra, Ghana.

Manager responsibilities include: 

• Leading the team through all aspects of evaluation and monitoring
• Coordinate with the Impact and Evaluation Team to implement frameworks and collect data
• Lead all program implementation across West Africa program implementation & design
• Design & implement trainings in the field
• Liaise with Monitoring & Evaluation team in report writing, data collection, and training
• 30% to 40% regional travel

Required Skills or Experience

• Strong report-writing skills
• Excellent Microsoft Excel
• Ability to manipulate statistical software such as Stata, SAS, SPSS and other software such as ODK, Tangerine, CTO Survey etc. 
• Project management prior experience 
• Strong verbal and written command of English
• Field experience and data collection experience 
• Experience working in a global, non-profit setting
• Flexible working hours to meet staff in other time zones 
• Self-starter

Additional Qualifications:

• Speak Ghanaian language(s)
• Speak French
• Prior experience working with government ministries, especially education
• Masters degree or higher from a highly reputable institution
