Job Description

  • Recruits and orientates new members intothe Association
  • Supervises Heads of Membership Education, Slaries, Terms and Conditions of Service and Administration Departments
  • Develop solutions, handles grievance and mediates workplace disputes affecting the membership
  • Coordinates the administration and negotiations of union agreements
  • Oversees the design and development of compensation strategy for members and staff
  • performs any other important jobs as may be assigned.
