Job Description

We have a very exciting position open for a highly motivated individual who takes pride in hard work and achieving outcomes regularly to help us grow our business to its full potential. We do not do things the “normal – path well-trodden-way”. We are motivated and innovative and rely on trust, honesty and results to grow viable long-term partnerships with our clients.

We require a person committed to long term success and growth and learning along the way. The Business Administration Manager will take on abroad array of responsibilities in relation to the daily running and operation of the business as we are a small and growing company. Setting up our operating systems and developing our ways of doing business are important tasks.

This is a “build the company” type position which will have direct impact on business outcomes through direct discussions and planning with the owners and we hope the person who fulfils this role will be with us for many years to come. Only apply if you have the commitment and drive. The position will grow into an executive role or senior management position within the organisation. Dependant on company growth but anything is achievable for the right person over time.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Preference will be given to applicants with a previous background in business administration background for 5 yrs previously. 
  • Computer and software skills: You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and the internet. Basic bookkeeping or accounts software may be required.
  • Multitasking skills: You should be able to juggle several demands at once. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills: These are essential. You should have a solid command of the English language and possess good communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills: You'll be working with others, including clients and personnel located in remote areas. Good manners and a calm demeanour can be very important.
  • Organizational skills: You must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Decision-making skills: You'll often find yourself handling several tasks almost simultaneously, so you should be able to prioritize and make time-effective decisions.
  • Autonomy & self-management: is very important at least, initially, you will be working form home or in an office space by yourself and being productive can be challenging. This responsibility lies with yourself
  • Language skills: English is the main requirement, but some command of the French language will be highly regarded
