Job Description

• Department: Production
• Reports Directly To: Supervisor Production Retail
• Directly Supervises: Production Retail Staff
• Location: Onsite at HPW Fresh and Dry Ltd, Adeiso, E/R

• Plan and lead workforce for production and processing.
• Ensure production and processing is done according to specifications.
• Coach new and existing employees 
• Investigate and report all incidents (absences, lateness, poor performance).
• Ensure the safety and productivity of all employees during designated shift. 
• Carry out start up procedure and fulfil targets regarding worker productivity and raw material extraction
• Maintain accurate, up to date records on Processing, Extraction, Stocks and Cleaning.
• Raw Material
• Crates/ Trays/ Bins
• Processing Machines
• Ensure workers bonus is kept up to date
• Ensure security of facilities designated shift hours 
• Enforce all safety and processing procedures 
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe workplace 

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of HND, Diploma or its equivalent in Food Science or related field.
• Minimum of two-year relevant work experience in a similar role, preferably in a fruit processing environment.
• Ability to work independently and with less supervision.
• Effective time-management skills, ability to multi-task and be able to work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
