Job Description

  • Managing Channel and Project Sales for Mobile Accessories (Cable, Power Bank, Adaptors, Earphones etc) for assigned region
  • Educating the sales team with presentations of sales strategies, product knowledge and regular meetings
  • Expand and manage Key Distributorships in the assigned region  
  • Build and Lead regional sales team members to achieve sales targets
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in key customer accounts
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales reports with achieved sales and forecasts
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs
  • Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency
  • Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

Required Skills or Experience

  • Hands on sales experience of Mobile Accessories Products
  • Previous working experience as a Regional/ Sales Manager for 3-4 Years
  • Bachelor’s Degree/MBA in Sales or Business related field
  • In depth knowledge of managing a high performance sales team
  • Applicable experience of sales performance metrics
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
  • Analytical and data driven problem solver
  • Excellent Customer Relationship Management
  • Ability to build and lead the team
