ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The position of a sales officer consists of many aspects of managing clients in order to meet sales goals while providing client satisfaction.
Maintain professionalism and provide an inviting welcome to clients at all times.
Must be a fast learner and be able to know every detail about the development to be able to share accurate information.
Must be willing to comply with company guidelines, processes and mission. For example, living out our company values in providing excellent client experiences, reporting to work at scheduled times, generating and sending report on daily activity to Business Development Manager.
Must possess great negotiating and sales skills to convert inquiries to an actual sale. Candidate will be required to close at least one sale every month.
Must be curious about industry and competitor trends. The candidate must be able to go the extra mile to sharpen their sales skills, learn about real estate laws and relevant issues happening in the area.
Must Ensure that the showhouse is kept functioning and clean at all times.
Must follow up consistently and aggressively on sales leads.

WORKING HOURS

Monday-Friday: 8am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 9am-12noon
Sunday: off day

Required Skills or Experience

At least 3years work experience
At least a Diploma or First degree from an accredited University
Must be willing to work Saturdays
Real estate experience is a plus
Must have worked in a sales role for at least 1year
Preferrably lives around Spintex, Nmai Dzor, Santeo, Ashaiman or East Lego
