Job Description

An International technology company is looking to to employ a female Sales & Marketing  Manager immediately. The candidate for this position will excel at identifying prospective clients, through relevant institutions, groups and social media within the business industry sector.

Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30, 1 hour lunch break

Salary: GHS 2500 plus mobile phone allowance and commission structure

Duties

• Prospect for new customers and maintain existing ones
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Follow up on customer interaction and transactions
• Collection of payment from customers, cheque or cash.
• Market company’s products and sign-on new clients for the Business.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Creation of content on social media platforms
• Provide weekly report to the superiors
• Perform other duties assigned by your Manager
• Travel for visitation and market survey
