Job brief
We are looking for interns to undergo training and ultimately be the face of somewhere nice, help create a welcoming place and a sense of community.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Obtain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of our business operations including the different types of room and respective prices, ensuring that a thorough response is given to customer enquiries.
  • Effectively communicate with our guests to ensure that we have a full understanding of their needs, can identify possible sales opportunities and earn repeat business.
  • Accurately process reservations in our reservation system, welcome walk-ins, do check-ins and check-outs, request and handle payments, ensuring that all of our guests receive exceptional customer service throughout the process.
  • Communicate with guests and service providers in person and over the phone. handle requests and complaints.
  • Look over the compound, ensure its safety and that all services (pool, wifi, water, etc.) are assured and accessible to guests.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to guarantee the well running of the property, actively solve issues when they arise.
  • help with other departments (breakfast, housekeeping, bar) when possible and needed

Required Skills or Experience

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent and professional English communication skills (both verbal and written). Knowledge of additional international languages, like French, Spanish, German, Czech etc will be a plus.
  • Good data entry skills.
  • An intermediate computer proficiency.
  • Willing to work flexibly including some weekends and statutory holidays.
  • Great attention to details and ability to work independently.
  •  Ability to empathize with different guests' needs and cultures and react to them appropriately based on the company's standards.
