Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • We are a leading multinational BPO company, operating in Ghana and currently recruiting for Call center agents to help us achieve our objectives.

  • Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
  • We are looking for 0-1 years’ experience Technical Support Representatives who already have knowledge of Call Center operations.
  • Ensure that the quality of the calls is in compliance with predefined parameters.
  • Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules

  • We will provide training for those with a positive attitude who are ready to upgrade themselves and develop new skills.

Required Skills or Experience

  • 0-1 year of experience min ( Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Excellent English Level.
  • Proactive, good communication skills and energetic.
  • Ability to sit for long hours.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
  • Good communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
  • Good communication skills and are comfortable with handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner.
  • Strong relationship builder
  • Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • Fresher with above skills can be considered
  • Attention to details
  • Tech Savvy
  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
