Marriage Link (M-Link Consult) is a company that responds to pressing social and family challenges facing the Ghanaian society, in particular the institution of marriage (www.marriagelink.net).  The company has the objective of promoting social happiness and wellbeing through the institution of marriage. In this regard, the company provides a one-stop shop of marriage support. We have four distinct but inter-related packages spanning Marriage Partner Identification, Counselling services and Marriage Events management.

Job Description

The Role
The key functions of the Office Manager will be:

• Responsible for overall management of the office facilities.
• Take proactive steps to address office related problems before they occur.
• Supervise staff of the office and take steps to build team cohesion and motivate high performance.
• Responsible for budget Management of the M-Link Office. This involves taking steps to reduce business operating costs to ensure efficiency.
• Prepare office performance reports to the CEO.
• Procurement of office stationeries.

Required Skills or Experience

About the candidate

This is a professional leadership role that requires practical experience and knowledge. The ideal candidate should demonstrate experience managing an office as previous experience.   

• You must be a team player and willing to work flexible hours.
• Ability to drive will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education in Business Management
• Practical work experience in similar roles

Compensation

• Attractive and commensurate with experience. This is a combination of fixed and performance based incentives in the form bonus on achievement of targets. We also pay SSNIT.
