Job Description

As a Security Manager, you will manage a department of not less than 250 Security guards, Commanders and Supervisors spaning the southern part of Ghana.

Required Skills or Experience

• Education: Minimum of First Degree in any descipline from accredited tertiary institution.
• Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in similar position. Experience in law enforcement, military, private security, or investigation is required.
• Language Proficiency: English, Twi or any Ghanaian language

Job Knowledge:

• Good working knowledge of the local judicial system including criminal laws and procedures.
• knowledge of investigation techniques and basic security database management
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to draft correspondence and reports in English and skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook applications is essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
• Extensive knowledge of security protocol and procedures.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide training on security policies and procedures.
• Ability to work with confidential and classified information.
• Assign work areas for guards to patrol.
