If yes, please submit your CV and cover letter in response to the position below: JOB PROFILE The Chief of Party (COP) of the USAID/Feed the Future - Agriculture Governance Resilience and Economic Empowerment (AGREE) Activity is a highly qualified team leader with excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving and negotiating skills capable of convening and facilitating the participation of multiple partners and other stakeholders in complex, and sometimes politically sensitive governance and conflict resolution initiatives. S/he has in-depth knowledge and understanding of the governance of the agriculture sector in the northern regions of Ghana, and of the history and impact of conflict on the development of the area. Based in Tamale in the Northern Region of Ghana, the COP will be provide overall technical guidance and direction for the Activity with subject matter expertise and thought leadership in countering violent extremism (CVE) and inclusive governance (IG), and coordinate effective implementation and communication with the donor, partners and other stakeholders.
