Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in listing services.
• Ability to present purchase offers to buyers for consideration
• Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, etc.
• Arrange meetings with clients when details of transactions need to be further negotiated or discussed
• Interview clients to determine their preferences and the kinds of properties the seek to purchase.

Required Skills or Experience

• Good knowledge of real estate preferred
• Solution oriented with ability to build relationships
• Diverse and pleasant personality, related skill sets and a mature level of experience
• Demonstrable grasp of real estate and property management
