Supply of Teaching & Learning Materials and School Bags

1. A consortium of organizations; ChildFund Korea, Children Believe and AG CARE Ghana, being financed by KOICA is implementing a project; “Quality and Inclusive Early Childhood Education Services for all Children (QAIECE)” in the East and West Mamprusi Municipalities of the North East Region of Ghana. The project seeks to improve Early Childhood Education opportunities for children 4-5 years old in the project area.

2. AG CARE Ghana in partnership with Children Believe and ChildFund Korea intends to procure the services of a vendor for the supply of any of the following:

a. Supply of teaching and learning materials (Ref: AG/TLM/24/01)

b. Supply age-appropriate school bags for Kindergarten (Ref: AG/BG/24/02).

All bags should be of the same colour and design.
Bags should be made of nylon.
The back of the bags should be plain without any design.
The plain surface of the bags can be any colour except blue, green or black.
Brand all bags with two prescribed logos at the plain surface of the

bag.

3. Bidders should refer to the appendix below for samples of all items except the workbooks.

4. AG CARE Ghana now invites sealed bids for the proposed supply of any of the items listed in 2a and 2b.
