Job Description

1. Regular Media Engagement.
2. Concept Marketing.
3. Preparation and Submission of Proposals and Concept Notes.
4. Arranging appointments for further engagements on the submitted letters.
5. Attending meetings (in team) at highly placed institutions.
6. Occasionally travelling to project sites.
7. Support in planning and coordination of events and projects.
8. Research potential donors to gain insight into needs, beliefs and donation habits to understand how to position our organization to them
9. Assist in brainstorming and creating new methods to raise funds for projects under review.
10. Maintain complete and orderly records of donors and manage regular donor communications
11. Build upon existing donor relationships and form new donor relationships on a regular basis
12. Collaborate with other organizations and groups within the community to build partnerships and enhance fundraising activities.
13. Any other duty as may be assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism and Marketing Management.
• This position is a preserve for female applicants who have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, intelligent, eloquent, trustworthy and a go getter.
• Applicant must be a fast learner and must be able to speak at least one Ghanaian Language.
• Prior media engagement is a PLUS.
