Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the dishes that are cooked and prepared at the restaurant.
  • Creating menu items, and recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality.
  • Determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering.
  • Ultimately responsible for ensuring the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Proven experience as a chef in a restaurant setting.
  • The person has to be good at what they do, punctual dedicated, and time-conscious.
  • Relevant culinary certifications are preferred
  • Creativity and a passion for delivering outstanding culinary experiences
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
