Job Description

 A Courier company with its head office in Accra is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Officers to join its team. This position requires successful applicants to increase sales through successful marketing strategies and public relations. Managing operations processes and systems to ensure a high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction. Be prepared to work from Monday to Saturday (Half day on Saturdays 8 am -1 pm.)

• Maintain records of operational activities
• Represent the company at events and establish the best ways to reach target groups
• Build and maintain close relationships with vendors/merchants and customers to improve sales
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance and recommend areas for improvement.
• Maintain records of operational activities.
• Administer daily work functions to ensure the achievement of daily business goals
• Help resolve customer complaints
• Maintain and ensure a clean and conducive working environment. 
• Verifying orders and deliveries, inventorying stock arranging, and transportation.
• Responsible for internal and external deliveries, sending & collecting of official documents, materials, packages, and bulky items, etc. 
• Lead person in the delivery of excellent service

Required Skills or Experience

• Diploma, HND, or Degree
• Computer Literate 
• Ability to manage inventory and assets
• Ready to provide guarantor
