Job Description

Plantations Socfinaf Ghana (PSG) Limited wishes to inform all qualified and interested candidates about a vacant position in its Finance Department. Kindly find details of the vacancy below.

REPORTS TO: ACCOUNTS MANAGER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You will assist the Payroll Supervisor to manage the operational and secretarial duties of the department.
You will assist the Payroll Supervisor to plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department.
You will be responsible for routine administrative functions and confidential duties.
Collecting and updating DRS (Daily Report Sheet) from all the sections within the company on a daily basis.
To perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Required Skills or Experience

A Degree Holder in any related field.
Applicant should have strong IT literacy.
Applicant should have completed his/her National Service.
