The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through the Feed the Future Ghana Trade and Investment Activity (GTI) is seeking proposals from qualified service provider firms to train financial institutions in Ghana, focusing on addressing structural and regulatory impediments to lending through the training of selected financial institutions. Through short-term technical assistance contracts, selected service providers will work with financial institutions to address structural and regulatory impediments to lending and investments through training on risk management, small- to medium-size enterprise (SME) tax compliance and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices and reporting. Selected service providers under this RFP will be considered qualified for one year. During this time, the service providers will work responsively with and as trusted partners with GTI. The Feed the Future Ghana Trade and Investment Activity is not obligated to execute a subcontract or pay for proposal preparation costs and can reject offers in their best interest.
