Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The applicant will be responsible among others to:

  • Organize the office and ensure that the entire environment is always kept clean.
  • Create and update records, ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
  • Manage supply inventory and perform data entry as required.
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Perform any other support duties as required.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Must have a minimum of WASSCE certificate.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Two years’ work experience in a similar role is most preferred.

MUST be resident in Kumasi, most preferably around Kronom, Breman, UGC, New York, Maakro or Abusuakruwaa
