Are you an experienced, adept financial professional/Chartered Accountant seeking to make a profound impact in the chemical manufacturing industry? Look no further! Our client is searching for a dedicated Finance Manager to lead our financial operations to new heights.

Job Summary
As the Finance Manager, your proficiency in SAP Business One will play a pivotal role in steering our financial strategies while ensuring compliance and transparency. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (production, logistics, procurement, sales, HR, etc.). You will be responsible for developing and executing financial plans that support our business objectives and drive profitability.

Key duties and responsibilities

Financial Strategy
Develop and implement financial strategies using SAP Business One, aligned with our growth objectives.
Reporting and Analysis
Utilizing various tools to prepare, analyze, and present various financial reports, offering insights to drive informed decisions.
Budget Management
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with SAP Business One, optimizing resource allocation.
Cash Flow
Oversee cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and maintain optimal working capital.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, supported by the internal control policies and internal auditor.
Team Leadership
Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.

Required Skills or Experience

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Chartered Accountant preferred).
Proven track record as a Finance Manager or similar role in the manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and standards.
Proficiency in SAP Business One and financial software, with advanced MS Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems is required.
Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle complex financial data accurately.
Strategic thinker, capable of aligning financial goals with broader business strategies, utilizing SAP Business One capabilities.
