Rainforest Alliance is seeking a service provider to submit quotes for producing and supplying promotional and visibility materials and publications for the EC-LEAN Project.

Background
The “Landscapes and Environmental Agility across the Nation” (LEAN) is a four-year project funded by the European Union’s flagship GCCA+ initiative, which aims to conserve biodiversity, enhance climate resilience, and reduce emissions from land-use changes in the savannah, high forest, and transition zones of Ghana, while also assisting local farmers in improving their livelihoods. Launched in 2020, the project is being implemented by a consortium of four partners: the Rainforest Alliance (RA), Tropenbos Ghana (TBG), EcoCare Ghana (ECG), and World Vision Ghana (WVG). Funded by the European Union (EU), the project collaborates closely with smallholder farmers, the private sector, local communities, and key national partners to catalyse systemic changes across three biodiversity-rich and economically significant landscapes, thereby translating sustainability commitments into practical solutions.
The EU LEAN project seeks a supplier to produce and supply branded promotional and visibility materials and publications.
Objective
The project is seeking a consultant for the production and supply of:
- Promotional and visibility materials such as notebooks, banners, eco-friendly tote bags, pens, plaques, certificates, eco-friendly USBs, and T-shirts with logos, etc.;
- Publications on reports, studies, analyses, training manuals, guides, brochures, posters, toolkits, etc.
Geographical Coverage of the Service
As a national project, the supplier can be located in any part of the country.
The supplier is expected to deliver all materials within 45 days from the time of the agreement.
Services
The supplier is expected to undertake the following:
- Graphic design, editing and other necessary preparations related to the production of visibility and promotional materials and publications;
- The consultant will be responsible for ensuring that the quality standards and deadlines associated with the project are adhered to, and
- Delivery of materials to the Rainforest Alliance Office in Accra or another specified location, as detailed during the call-off procedure, including door-to-door delivery.
- The supplier will be responsible for managing the production of requested print materials effectively and efficiently, including printing, binding, and delivery, while ensuring the quality of the approved print version
