Role Summary
Ensure financial integrity and compliance by overseeing accounting operations, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payroll, and vendor payments using QuickBooks. Reconcile bank statements and petty cash weekly.
• Generate monthly P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts for board review.
• Collaborate with department heads to align budgets with operational goals. Monitor variances and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Maintain organized records for annual internal/external audits. Ensure compliance with Ghana Revenue Authority tax regulations.
• Analyze expenditure trends and negotiate contracts with suppliers to reduce overheads by 10%.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 8+ years in hospitality accounting, with proficiency in Accounting systems.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local tax laws.
