• Develop and execute a content strategy to showcase the shop's products, promotions and brand story on social media platforms.
• Create visually appealing and engaging posts, stories, videos and reels that highlight fabrics, new arrivals, DIY projects or customer stories.
• Manage and update daily posts on all social media channels, ensuring consistency and relevance.
• Respond to customer comments, messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote sales, special events, new fabric arrivals and seasonal offers.
• Increase the shop’s visibility and customer engagement through targeted social media outreach.
• Monitor, track and analyze the performance of social media posts, campaigns and overall engagement.
• Gather customer feedback from social media platforms to improve product offerings and service.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or graphic design
• 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a retail business.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for each.
• Creativity in content creation and an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with customers through digital channels.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
