Job Description

• Vet hardcopies of all petty cash requests from regional branches for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and process approved petty cash requests for disbursement.
• Reconcile all regional petty cash expense reports in a timely manner.
• Input all petty cash expenses and transactions into QuickBooks.
• Coordinate daily with the Operations Coordinator to align finance activities with delivery and logistics schedules.
• Ensure financial support is provided for time-sensitive shipment tasks.
• Track ongoing shipment activities and ensure corresponding financial documentation and expense tracking is up to date.
• Flag and follow up on any financial discrepancies related to shipments or deliveries.
• Carry out necessary banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and other financial errands.
• Maintain accurate records of all banking activities.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, from a recognized university
• At least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in logistics or a fast-paced service industry.
• Preferably Male 
• Age between 30  years to 35years
