Job Description

Job specific tasks:

  • Attend to correspondence on behalf of Chief Executive Officer.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system for existing records of the CEO’s Office.
  • Plan and schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO
  • Prepares and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Provides quality customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Managing calendars and reminders  
  • Manages an effective database system of all projects and activities (including call cards)
  • Follow up on projects.
  • Coordinate and organize events (conferences, exhibitions, seminars, workshops) of the company.
  • Organizes daily/weekly update meetings for the CEO’s Office.
  • To carry out any other duties assigned

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business communications or a related field required
  • Self-starter with high energy and initiative to take projects through to completion
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an accurate and organized manner
  • Excellent clerical and administrative skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical and time-management skill
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Advance proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be adept in the use of Internet and E-mail
