A trusted ICT and Telecommunications Company in Ghana is looking for Project Manager for immediate employment.

Job Purpose

• Responsible for planning, executing, ensuring seamless delivery of services to clients.
• The role ensures that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget while meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
• The Project Manager will coordinate resources, manage risks, and maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans that outline project scope, objectives, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables
• Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
• Lead the execution of projects, ensuring they meet organizational goals and customer requirements
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for mitigating those risks
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Ensure all project activities are performed in alignment with company standards, industry regulations, and customer specifications
• Proactively managing project issues and resolving challenges that may impact the project's success
• Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones to stakeholders in a timely and clear manner

Required Skills or Experience

• Master's degree in Project Management/Telecommunication/Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PE, PMP, etc.) are a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in enterprise networking or telecommunications industry
• A proactive approach in process modelling, discovery, analysis and design
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning, executing, and closing projects
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with engineers and other stakeholders
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
