Job Summary

The Manager will be responsible for designing, planning, implementing, and managing comprehensive CSR programs that align with the values and objectives of the business and the Bryan Acheampong Foundation (BAF).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute CSR programs from conception to completion, ensuring effective project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Manage the CSR budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization and ROI.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare organizations, NGOs, government agencies, and community groups, to amplify CSR impact.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships to support CSR initiatives and enhance the group's reputation.
• Develop and implement communication strategies to raise awareness about prostate and breast cancer, promoting education, early detection, and support.
• Establish metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of CSR programs, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, Sustainability, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in program management, preferably within the CSR, non-profit, or development sectors.
• Proven track record in designing, implementing, and evaluating social impact projects.
• Experience working with corporate stakeholders, NGOs, government entities, or community-based organizations.
• Strong program management, budgeting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• In-depth knowledge of CSR best practices, health initiatives, and relevant regulations.
