Invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) – Vendor Registration and Prequalification for 2025

As part of our annual procurement planning and compliance process, we are conducting a prequalification exercise to build a reliable and diverse list of vendors who can support our operations in Ghana across multiple regions. Vendors will be considered for various categories including the supply of goods, provision of services, and consultancy assignments relevant to our programming and operational needs.
Interested firms, organizations, and individuals with proven capacity and a strong track record in delivering quality goods and services are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) provide all necessary documentation as outlined in the application package.

Section C: Documents Required (Attach copies)

• Filled copy of Category selection form
• Valid Business Registration Certificate
• GRA Certificate
• Company Profile
• References  (with contact details)

• The business must be legally registered with the Registrar General’s Department of Ghana. A valid certificate must be attached.

• Evidence of tax compliance  must be provided.

• The company profile should include a clear overview of the business, relevant experience, areas of specialization.

• A minimum of two (2) references from recent or past clients, preferably in the NGO or development sector, including contact details, must be submitted. References will be used to assess performance history and reliability.
