Job Description

  • Location: Winneba / Gomoa Pomadze
  • Reporting Line: Report directly to the Management.
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Promote the brand through, marketing, and professional service delivery to attract patronage.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
  • Manage reservations and check-ins.
  • Responsively handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Lead a cutting-edge, highly motivated, and innovative team.
  • Perform additional administrative duties as required.
  • Manage an effective and efficient balance sheet for high returns on assets

Required Skills or Experience

Skills / Qualifications
  • A minimum of a 1st Degree, HND, or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • Must be a team player.
  • At least 3 years of post-national service experience in a similar role.
  • Should be numerate and articulate.
  • Residence in Winneba or surrounding areas is preferred (candidates should be prepared to relocate at their own expense).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Good communication skills.
  • Being bilingual (in French or German) is an added advantage.
  • Should possess a pleasant personality.

Remuneration
