Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize office files and documents
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails to Directors
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and organisation of same for audit and monitoring by sub-recipients 
  • Liaise with project officers on the field to ensure operational efficiency. 
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory
  • Provide general administrative support to the team

Required Skills or Experience

  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be resident around Madina, Adenta, aand Oyarifa areas. Females are preferred.
  • Senior High School Certificate or post-secondary certificate (HND, Dip, or Degree)
