Job Description

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy and ensuring the alignment of technology with overall business goals. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of innovative technological solutions, managing the IT and engineering teams, and ensuring the security, scalability, and performance of all technical systems. The CTO collaborates closely with executive leadership to drive growth through digital transformation and technical innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead and mentor engineering and IT teams.
Oversee system architecture, software development, and infrastructure management.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance competitiveness.
Ensure data security, compliance, and system integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and business operations.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role with 4 years’ experience.
Strong background in system architecture, or IT infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).
