Our company is looking for a marketing/sales representatives to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals of our household products.

 Requirements will include but not limited to:

• Having a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.
• vibrant and target oriented
• Being loyal, reliable and punctual with the ability to work with little or no supervision on the role applied for
• Having to work overtime when necessary
• Have experience in local market sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating leads.
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Assist to determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
• Understanding and promoting company programs.
• Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
• Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.
• Visiting Existing and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
• Maintaining client records.
• Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Required Skills or Experience

• WASSE/Diploma/HND in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
• Experienced and understand marketing/ sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
• Must be able to speak a minimum of two local languages (Twi or Ga)
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
• Must have at least 2years experience in driving with a valid license
• Must be between 20 years to a maximum of 37 years
