Job Summary
As a Senior Cook, you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest culinary standards in our luxury dining venues. Working closely with our Sous Chef and kitchen team, you will prepare exquisite dishes, ensure impeccable food quality, and contribute to a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to perfection, adhering to our luxury standards and recipes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and temperature for all menu items.
• Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Uphold strict food safety and sanitation practices at all times.
• Assist in inventory management and report stock shortages.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Participate in mise en place and kitchen setup for daily operations.
• Collaborate with the team during high-pressure service periods.
• Support banquet and special event preparations as needed.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

•  Minimum 2 years in a high-end or high-volume kitchen.
•  Expertise in diverse cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Valid Food Handler's Certification.
• Team player with a positive, can-do mindset.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
•  Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
