Job Description

• Responsible for the preparation of meals for locals and foreigners
• Should be able to cook both local and continental dishes
• Maintain proper par levels at all time and ensure adequate replenishment, on a weekly basis.
• Ensure the kitchen allocated for your work is always clean to industry standard and all cooking utensils are always clean and well maintained.
• Ensure good standard of food is served at all times.
• Create a weekly/ monthly menu for HQ staff.

Required Skills or Experience

• Ability to speak, write and communicate in English, effectively
• Ability to cook and bake both local & continental meals
• Ability to stand in a professional manner, for a minimum of 3 hours continuously, while working.
