Job Description

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time permanent role for a Sales and Marketing Manager located in Accra. The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase and manage sales of business products/services and customer acquisition. The post-holder will lead the sales and marketing process, from identifying target customers to developing marketing campaigns and nurturing client relationships. The role involves a combination of sales, marketing, and business development skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the target market segments for all products lines
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges.
  • Responsible for monitoring and actualization of assigned new Business Budgets
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to identify the most suitable lease solutions for client requirements.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our leasing programs.
  • Negotiate and close leasing deals, ensuring win-win outcomes for both our company and the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (risk, accounts, business operations) to ensure a smooth and efficient deal execution processes.
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving industry trends, competitor offerings, and new equipment/technologies relevant to the leasing market.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business development initiatives to achieve growth targets.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies across all the channels.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to inform marketing decision

Required Skills or Experience

  • Candidate must have a degree in relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 6 - 8 years working experience required in business development, sales & marketing roles .
  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Strong planning and organizational skills   Excellent time management
  • Proactive and with an ability to take initiative   Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Appropriately assertive manner to deal with clients
  • High integrity and confidentiality are very key in this role
  • Ability to work well with people is essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
