• REPORTS TO: Farm Manager
• COMPANY: Adepa Farms
• LOCATION: Okere, Eastern Region
• Type of Employment: Full-Time

• Livestock Care: Feeding, and watering livestock according to dietary needs.
• Cleaning and maintaining animal enclosures and bedding.
• Monitoring animal health and reporting any concerns.
• Assisting with breeding, vaccinations and veterinary treatments
• Maintaining farm equipment and facilities.
• Supporting environmental and welfare standards in livestock management
• Helping with record-keeping related to animal health, breeding data and farm operations.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.
• Collaborating with other farm hands and farm management.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of Certificate in General Agriculture from accredited institution.
• Bachelor's degree in General Agriculture or related field is an added advantage.
• Knowledge in animal husbandry and welfare practices.
• Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Basic record-keeping and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to maintain good work habits. 
• Ability to adapt to working conditions when necessary.
• A person of integrity with a commitment to excellence.
