Technical Officer at Horizon View Apartments, East Airport

Salary : Gh 3,000

Required Skills or Experience

• Age: Below 40yrs
• Education: A minimum of 1st Degree in engineering  / building maintenance or related field

Experience:

• 2 - 5 yrs experience in  building maintenance and facility management.
• Previous supervisory or lead technician experience strongly preferred.

*Technical Skills*

• Proficient in AC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Familiar with preventive maintenance procedures and systems management.
• Ability to service machines will be a positive tool.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage and train a team.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Available for emergency on-call shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy equipment, climbing ladders, and working in tight  spaces.
