Job Description

• Provide your kitchen and off-site meal preparation.
• Deliver meals to specified MSI locations.
• Supply all labor, equipment, vehicles, and consumables.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene.
• Advise MSI on any health/safety risks.
• Serve daily meals (carbohydrate, protein, vegetables).
• Maintain staff appearance and hygiene.
• Use proper food transport methods.
• Provide PPE and adhere to MSI health, safety, and environmental procedures.

• Provide canteen, furniture, and canteen utilities.
• Conduct monthly performance evaluations.

Tenderers’ Expected Operating Procedures

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Proper equipment maintenance.
• Prompt communication of issues affecting prompt food delivery & safety.
• Cleanliness of kitchen utensils and tools.
• Proper dress and hygiene of staff (no exposed hair, trimmed nails).

Requirements for Meals to Provided

• Food must be nutritious, hygienic, and of high quality.
• Weekly menus submitted for approval at least 1 week in advance.
• Food must be well packed in the agreed pack material (No Styrofoam packaging)
• No substitutes unless approved.
• Meal Service: Lunch only
• Time: 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• Weekly rolling menu covering one month to be submitted with the proposal.

Tenderers Personnel

• Tenderer’s personnel must possess valid hygiene certificates
• Adequate staff to fulfill services.
• Supervisors must be fluent in English; all others must communicate functionally in English.

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the catering industry
• Experience in providing corporate catering services 
• Hygienically decent kitchen and operational space  
• Prove logistics arrangements to deliver lunch at the agreed time
