Job Description

Are you a recent graduate available for the 2025/2026 service year and keen on starting a career in the hospitality industry? Well then kick-start your career with purpose. We're a three-star hotel located in Akosombo in the Eastern Region seeking to hire National Service Personnel across exciting roles in the following departments:

Food & Beverage
Housekeeping
IT
Accounting & Finance
Procurement
Sales & Marketing
Front desk
Cruise Service
Administration

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification and Experience

Interested personnel must have relevant background in hotel operations in addition to specific area of expertise.
Ability to speak French and other international languages will be a great advantage.

Other Requirements

Ability to secure own accommodation
Work on weekends and public holidays
Work extra hours as and when required
Trainable and ability to learn
