Job Description

Responsibilities

• To assist other workers in loading and unloading goods. 
• To assist in receiving goods, check and inspect goods received ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and acceptable quality.
• To carry out regular stock takes and quality control. 
• To assist with accurately logging of goods and dispatched onto the computer stock management system. 
• To ensure compliance with Health & Safety Regulations.
• To contribute actively working towards developing and improving our services and operations.
• To undertake any other reasonable duties consistent with the role 

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Warehousing, supply chain management, logistics, management, business administration or a related field.

Experience

• Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience 

• A keen interest in Warehouse, Storage & Distribution 
• Strong verbal and communication skills
• Anticipates a problem and fixes it. Gets the job done in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent team player 
• Willing to perform a variety of duties within the warehouse 
• Aptitude for process management 
• Understands production process requirements and dynamics
• High degree of integrity and honesty in all dealings
• Ability to work under pressure
• Have good IT skills 
• Be punctual, have a responsible attitude and work to deadlines
