Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies for the brand portfolio and introduce new categories through sustainable local sourcing. 
  • Manage overall gross margin profitability and ensure achievement of budgeted topline for all locally sourced categories. 
  • Coordinate order planning for retail-focused proprietary in-house brands.
  • Create pricing strategies and promotional campaigns that drive sales and profitability. 
  • Analyze weekly and monthly sales data and competitor activity, providing actionable insights to improve category performance.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4years’ experience in category management, merchandising, or retail sourcing, preferably in the Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances (CEHA) industry.
  • Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships. 
  • Experience with inventory planning and reducing stock obsolescence.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and inventory management systems.
