Job Description

Role Overview
As a Relationship Executive, you will be the key point of contact between our company and its business partners. Your primary role will be to maintain healthy, productive relationships, ensure projects run smoothly, and oversee financial and operational interactions—from project execution to invoice generation and payment follow-up.
You will be expected to ensure partner satisfaction, respond to concerns, and proactively manage expectations, timelines, and communications across teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary liaison between the company and assigned partner accounts.
  • Build and nurture long-term, trusting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Respond promptly to partner concerns, providing solutions or escalating issues when necessary.
2. Project Coordination & Support
  • Ensure that projects and deliverables are progressing on time and to standard.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (development, sales, operations) to ensure smooth execution of partner projects.
  • Monitor project timelines and report on any potential delays or dependencies.
3. Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Ensure invoices are generated and sent on time for all partner-related services.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments in a professional and persistent manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of partner accounts, project stages, and billing history.
4. Reporting & Feedback
  • Provide regular updates to management on partner status, project milestones, and payment statuses.
  • Gather feedback from partners to identify opportunities for service improvement and upselling.

Required Skills or Experience

Must-Have:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and partners at once.
  • Professionalism and diplomacy in client interactions, including financial conversations.
  • Diploma, Bsc or its equivalent. 
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in working in a relationship management role
